  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team.

    Monthly Plans

    • Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

    • Cancellation will stop future billing.

    • Access to the platform will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

    Annual Plans

    • Annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

    • Cancellation will prevent automatic renewal at the end of the term.

    • Access to the platform will remain active through the end of the paid subscription period.

    Canceling a subscription does not automatically qualify the account for a refund. Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by our Refund Policy.

  • We accept payments through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Stripe supports a variety of secure payment methods.

    The following payment methods are accepted, subject to availability and your location:

    • Major credit and debit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover)

    • ACH bank transfers (where enabled)

    • Other payment methods supported by Stripe from time to time

    All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have direct access to your full payment information.

    By submitting payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and any other agreed-upon charges in accordance with your selected plan and billing cycle.

    For annual plans, alternative payment arrangements (such as invoicing or purchase orders) are be available upon request and subject to approval.

  • Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Access will continue through the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months.

    Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if canceled within 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued. Access will continue through the remainder of the subscription term.

    Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.

    Refunds do not apply to custom configurations, integrations, or professional services.
